Financial information
Our aim is to maximise bookings and letting income on all of our properties. We understand that owners require a certain level of income from a property and our team works hard on your behalf to achieve this.
Income payments on lettingsWe offer highly competitive landlord rates and an Owner Agreement Schedule is configured for each property that we manage.
All payments are paid directly into your bank account a month in arrears of the booking and a statement of account is sent with every payment, so you can keep up to date on all of your finances.
VAT and Commissions statements are available on request.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking
In the event of a cancelled booking there is no cost to you. Once a holiday has been confirmed in writing, you will still receive full payment for the booking as long as the property is available for us to re-let for the cancelled holiday period.
Property insurance
Most buildings insurance packages do not provide adequate cover for the special considerations that apply to holiday properties.
In conjunction with our insurance brokers Bartlett, we have designed an insurance package through Norwich Union which is tailored to the unique needs of holiday properties.
