A little about us |

| In 1963 Joan Powell and husband Michael inherited
a small legacy. This enabled them to partially finance their own holiday
home to take their large family of five children on holiday. The property
was then rented out to finance the rest of the purchase price. This turned
out to be a great success and from that day forward they were able to
build and rent out several more properties offering quality accommodation
in Tenby
and Saundersfoot. Inevitably they soon became agents for other owners,
and extended into other areas. With the help of a dedicated and loyal staff over the 40 years in business, this has enabled them to open strategically placed offices in Saundersfoot in Wales, St. Ives in Cornwall and an office in Barnstaple, Devon, all offering a personal service to both owners and visitors. Our property portfolio covers both coastal and rural areas in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Cotswolds, Heart of England, Pembrokeshire and The Gower Peninsula. Our qualified team of Property Managers reside in these areas and therefore can provide local knowledge and experience. Other benefits include a close liaison with owners and visits at short notice if required. Our staff have personally visited all of the properties in our portfolio, ensuring greater product knowledge to our enquirers. |
